On our way home we had a warning light go on to “Check Tire Pressure.” We were near SF Honda and decided to drive in to see if anyone was there to re-inflate the tires. On Oct. 14, I brought my 2015 Fit in for front bumper beam work. I was taken care of first by Roberto, then by Rey Gomez in the service dept. Both gentlemen were very cordial and caring professionals. I felt like they were sincere and willing to help me. Kudos to both of them! The work done on my Fit was done a few hours earlier than promised - another bonus for me. When I was picking up my car, Mister Gomez came over and shared with me the info he searched for online about an issue I'm having with sun causing glare on the dashboard/cowl. James Ma really went the extra mile (if you’ll pardon the expression), convincing the Honda Mothership to replace my CR-Z’s transmission as a goodwill repair because I was just barely out of warranty. He also did an excellent job keeping me informed about the status of the repair, including coming in on a day when he was ill to check up on the situation and contact me.
