
I've been taking my car to San Francisco Honda since 2008. The service department is excellent. They have good prices and great service. I know seven of the service advisors very well and they always go above and beyond to help me. They're all very nice!

At 4pm, my Acura MDX broke down while my family and I spent the day in the city. We were concerned about the long drive back to Folsom so we called SF Honda. Aaron was very kind, helpful, and within 90 minutes we had our car back after being treated for a transmission fluid flush. We were very impressed as this was done near closing time on a Saturday... That day I had an emergency. I had to have the car done sooner. The service department was able to accommodate me and get the car fixed a lot sooner. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. They have followed up and have been on time ever

I brought my 1998 Odyssey in because the A/C was blowing hot air. I had it in last March for the same reason, and SF Honda tested and recharged it. You took care of the problem and also fixed a nail in one of the tires, and not charged me a thing.
