I've been taking my car to San Francisco Honda since 2008. The service department is excellent. They have good prices and great service. I know seven of the service advisors very well and they always go above and beyond to help me. They're all very nice!

I am a long time customer of SF Honda. The reason that I always take my car to you is because your service team is exceptional. This is consistent and to a person the service always exceeds my expectations. Today, I was helped by Rey Gomez, who did everything he could to take care of my service problem and get me in and out in a timely manner since it was my day off. At 4pm, my Acura MDX broke down while my family and I spent the day in the city. We were concerned about the long drive back to Folsom so we called SF Honda. Aaron was very kind, helpful, and within 90 minutes we had our car back after being treated for a transmission fluid flush. We were very impressed as this was done near closing time on a Saturday... That day I had an emergency. I had to have the car done sooner. The service department was able to accommodate me and get the car fixed a lot sooner. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. They have followed up and have been on time ever

I brought my 1998 Odyssey in because the A/C was blowing hot air. I had it in last March for the same reason, and SF Honda tested and recharged it. You took care of the problem and also fixed a nail in one of the tires, and not charged me a thing.
Thanks. I am pleased that you not only stood behind the work done in March, but that you also fixed a small problem that could have become a bigger one, and without charge. This is what great customer service is all about.
