Thanks, Greg Masangkay! Your assistance with the service on my Honda Pilot on July 26, 2021 was greatly appreciated. We had an issue with trans fluid costs while I was there for regular service. The original plan was supposed to cover the entire cost, but for some reason the service center thought the price was too low. In an effort to resolve the issue, Greg talked to their supervisor and management team. Throughout the process, he listened to me and had my best interests at heart. Excellent customer service is something I appreciate. Hopefully we can catch up soon.

Tommy was so helpful, professional, and patient with all my questions, as were all the other staff! I also appreciate their large check in area, long hours, flexibility and communication - I was able to drop my car off at 8 am before work and pick it up anytime before 7 pm. They are very fast, efficient, and courteous, but you get what you pay for. My regular mechanic quoted me $250 and a two-week repair job, but I was able to make an appointment with Honda Service Center on a Sunday afternoon, and Tommy there got me in and out in one hour on Monday morning, for $500. The service was well-worth the money when we only have one car in the household.
I came into the SF Honda center to take care of a recall for my 2012 Honda Civic. The team handled everything quickly and with great service. They were also very accommodating when I had to return for an issue with my car passing smog check and a battery issue. I was helped by Erick Borja, who was friendly and eager to help me however he could. I also spoke with Chris, a manger, who helped get everything sorted and for a great price. All around: excellent, friendly service!
